Farm based team building day

Escape the office and step into the fresh air of the countryside for a one-of-a-kind corporate team-building experience! At Greener Grass Days, we offer an unforgettable farm adventure that brings teams closer together, encourages creativity, and adds a whole lot of fun to the workweek.

📅 The Package: A Full Day of Connection & Fun

🌱 Morning Session – Hands-On Farm Challenges
Get your hands dirty (in the best way possible!) with interactive farm activities designed to strengthen teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. Activities include:
Scarecrow Building Challenge – Creativity meets competition as teams design and build their own scarecrows- not only must your team create the best, and sturdiest scarecrow, but must also come up with the best backstory.
Farm Relay Races – Put your coordination and teamwork to the test in farm-themed obstacle challenges.
Hay Bale Stacking & Wheelbarrow Races – A classic farm workout with a competitive twist!

Afternoon Session – BBQ & Beers
After a morning of fun, it’s time to kick back and enjoy a delicious BBQ feast prepared right on the farm. Burgers, hot dogs and veggie options, farm-fresh sides, and ice-cold beers under the open sky. Gather around the firepit, share laughs, and soak up the peaceful surroundings.
